Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Colaka. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Colaka

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Colaka only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for ensuring that team members have appropriate permission to access submitted data.

Authorized audits

You may audit only websites, properties, listings, profiles, and other resources that you own, manage, or are authorized to evaluate. You may not use Colaka to bypass access controls, security measures, CAPTCHAs, robots restrictions, or third-party terms.

Google public listing audits

Colaka may use Google Maps Platform and Places API (New) to search for and audit public listing information associated with a property. A workspace manager must explicitly confirm or replace a listing match. Public Places data is not authenticated Google Business Profile access and cannot manage a listing or expose posts, Q&A, owner responses, private performance, or complete profile-management data. Colaka-generated match confidence, scores, findings, and recommendations are Colaka analysis, not Google rankings or findings.

Authenticated Google Business Profile

Separately, you may connect only Google Business Profiles you are authorized to manage. Authenticated access has its own consent, permissions, data coverage, and disconnection controls and is not inferred from a public Places match. Any Google profile mutation must identify the property and location, show the existing and proposed values and impact, and receive a specific, time-limited confirmation from an authorized user immediately before execution. You remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing changes.

Diagnostic output

Scores, findings, recommendations, generated drafts, and implementation prompts are decision-support tools. They do not guarantee rankings, citations, lead volume, revenue, regulatory compliance, or any particular business result. You are responsible for reviewing changes before publishing or acting on them.

Subscriptions and limits

Paid features, usage allowances, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan shown at checkout and managed through Stripe. Colaka may enforce limits on tracked assets, audits, crawl depth, schedules, team access, and exports. Plan changes take effect after billing confirmation.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Colaka a limited right to process that information to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the information.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, upload malicious material, abuse third-party services, resell access without authorization, or use outputs to mislead, discriminate, harass, or violate applicable law.

Availability and changes

Colaka may change or discontinue features, integrations, preview modules, or plan limits. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes, but beta and preview features may change without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Colaka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, except where law does not allow that limitation.

Termination

You may stop using Colaka at any time. Colaka may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Google terms

Use of Google Maps Platform content is also subject to the applicable Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms, and Google Terms of Service, as applicable.
